"I recommend PJ enthusiastically and without reservation as a personal trainer. I am 77 and was starting to have difficulty with kyphosis (bent over posture when walking) and difficulty with standing up straight for long periods. PJ worked with me to identify which muscle groups had weakened and trained me in specific exercises to restore them. With the exercises he showed great attention to details watching me closely, keeping count and encouraging me to get just the right positioning to make the exercises work best. He also worked with me on a weight loss plan (I am overweight) with less calories but including protein supplementation to help build those muscles. I have made great progress with his guidance.
